As a tax attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Carl is uniquely positioned to provide legal and tax expertise to meet the needs of your business. Carl has provided clients with advice in the areas of legal planning and transactional work, entity formation, tax planning, tax compliance and business succession planning.
Carl has over 35 years of professional experience which includes serving as Managing Director in charge of the Los Angeles office of Wealth and Tax Advisory Services, tax partner KPMG, LLP, Corporate General Counsel to the William M. Keck, Jr. Foundation and Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse.
Carl received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of law.
Carl is admitted to practice law in California.
